TODAY I PUNISHED MYSELF DURING LUNCH BREAK AND YIELDED NOTHING AT THIS BEIJING MARKET

Yesterday, we spoke about me attending a cultural event.
Today, in the afternoon with only 1 hour 30 minutes to spare, I went to the market to look for an outfit to wear on Friday. I will be attending a special event and I needed to look good.

The market I went to is very convenient. It has everything from clothes to electronics. 
Unfortunately, I am poor at making choices. Each time I go to this market, I spend hours and sometimes walk out without anything. 
It’s a bad idea to go to this market during lunch break. I did it because that’s the only time I had before the event. 

Now, the problem is that prices change once they see a foreigner. The good thing is I speak their Chinese language, so I tell them a big NO!
I was a bit disappointed today because I couldn’t get what I was looking for. Once again, I spent hours only to come out with 5-yuan leggings.

Sometimes I ask myself why I even go to these markets for clothes, I never buy. I always end up going to shops like Zara or H’nM. Most of the time I come out with bangles, rings, sunglasses and all. Items I would not have planned to buy.

I missed my lunch and yielded nothing at the end. I am yet to decide on what to wear for the event. I decided to grab my favorite street bite, an Orleans taco and ate on the go.
