MSWATI’S GOVERNMENT:SADC has cancelled Extraordinary Summit.

MBABANE: King Mswati’s Government says the Southern African Development Community(SADC)Troika has cancelled the Extraordinary Summit that was meant to address the eSwatini and Mozambique crisis.
Prime Minister Cleopas Dlamini,released a statement on Thursday saying the country actually received an invite to the Summit that was scheduled for Sunday, 10th April 2022, however,the PM said the meeting has been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances.
“However, Government informs the Nation that today, 7th April 2022, the SADC Secretariat sent a notification that the Summit has since been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances”, reads the statement in part.

Reached for comments, Pius Vilakati, the Spokesperson of the Communist Party of Swaziland (CPS) said King Mswati never intended to account for his evil deeds to the SADC.
“The reality in all this is that Mswati never intended to account for the murders he directed last year, as well as for all the crimes he has committed against the people of Swaziland”,said the CPS Spokesperson.
